Ingredients
- 225 ml Cold Water
- 1 Heaped Tbsp’s Corn Flour
- 115 ml White Wine Vinegar
- 115 gr Caster Sugar
- 115 ml Tomato Ketchup or 2 Heaped Tbsp’s Tomato Puree
Method
Pour the water into a pan, add the corn flour and stir to combine so all of the cornflour has dissolved. Add the vinegar, sugar and tomato puree and bring to the boil stirring continuously. When the sauce starts to boil it will suddenly thicken , keep stirring for a minute or so until you see it darken and its ready. Easy Peasy.
Serving Ideas
Pour over chicken, Pork or prawns, add to a stir fry or even use as a cook in sauce or dip.
