Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp’s Cody’s Jerk Paste
- 1 Kg chicken wings trimmed and halved
- 1 Tbsp veg oil
Method
Trim and halve the wings and place them into a bowl, drizzle over the veg oil and toss until coated. Add 2 Tbsp Cody’s Jerk Paste and using your hands rub into the wings, place in the fridge and marinade for a few hours or over night.
Pre heat the oven to 180C/350F.
Tip the wings onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 40-45 mins, “Job Done”. Serve with a drizzle of sour cream or garlic mayo and enjoy.
