Ingredients
- Firehouse BBQ Sauce
- 1 Kg chicken wings trimmed and halved
- Vegetable oil
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180C/350F.
Trim and halve the wings and place them into a bowl, drizzle over the veg oil, add 1/4 Tsp salt and pepper and toss until coated.
Tip the wings onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 40-45 mins, when golden remove them from the oven tip into a bowl and cover them with Firehouse BBQ Sauce “Job Done”. Serve with a pot of sour cream or your own preferred sauce for dipping and enjoy.
